It's a spicy and tangy soup that warms you up instantly and gives that same flavour which you find at street food stalls.

You need carrots, beans, cabbage, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, spring onions, soya sauce, cornstarch, and crispy noodles.

Start with heating oil in a pan, add garlic and green chillies and fry them.

Now add all chopped vegetables and stir-fry them in the pan.

Now, for making soup base, pour some water, mix soya sauce and cornstarch, and cook till it becomes thick.

Lastly, add crispy fried noodles and a little vinegar, which adds that tangy flavour.
